Yes — at locations running TRUESYNC TV, the Digital Display app is free. Same portal, same managed device reliability.
Can I use it without TRUESYNC TV?
Yes — signage-only deployments are available as a paid service. Talk to us and we'll scope it for your locations.
What content can it show?
Images and video — JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, MP4, MOV, and WebM, up to 500 MB per file. Upload them to your content library and drag them onto any screen.
Can I schedule different content by time of day?
Yes — give each piece of content its own days of the week and hours. Build the schedule once in a template and apply it across every location.
Do portrait screens work?
Yes — set any display to landscape or portrait, including flipped mounts, right from the portal.
Can one screen show more than one thing at a time?
Yes — split a screen into up to four zones, like a video beside your promos and an info panel.
