Is True Sync TV really free?
Yes — free for every business. The platform is ad-supported, like network television: national advertisers fund it, so you get the entertainment, branding tools, and device at no cost. Qualifying locations can even share in the revenue their screens create — ask us.
Will my competitors' ads show on my screens?
Never. We don't air competitive advertising — a bar or restaurant will never see bar or restaurant ads on its screens, a dental office will never see another practice's. And if there's an ad category you don't want in your space, talk to us about blocking it.
What plays on True Sync TV?
A mix you control: fully licensed HD entertainment from partners like Red Bull, GoPro, and AirVuz across 54 toggleable categories, plus your own promos, menus, and messaging — with national ad breaks woven in.
Whose logo appears on my screens?

Do I need my own hardware?
No. We ship a pre-programmed device that plugs into any TV's HDMI port. If you have a wall of TVs, we'll walk through the setup with you.
How is True Sync different from Atmosphere TV?
Both are free and ad-supported. True Sync white-labels every screen to your brand (not ours), uses licensed HD content made for TV rather than viral-style phone clips, and includes venue messaging, menu screens, and optional licensed music.
